How to accept the fact that we are orphans now?
I love my siblings more than anything. They're all I have now.
Our mom left us. She didn’t treat us well growing up—always leaving when things get hard for her. We tried to understand, we tried to be strong, but it hurt. Now, she left us again. We don't know where she is, but I hope she won't come back anymore.
Our dad passed away in 2020. Since then, we’ve been on our own. No parents. Just us. It feels like we’re orphans, even though we’re still trying to live like everything’s okay. But inside, it’s not. Sometimes, I cry. Not because I’m weak, but because I feel sorry for us—for me and my siblings. We didn’t deserve this kind of life.
To make things worse, our mom runaway and left us with debts. Big ones. People are always coming after us, harassing us for the money she owed. We didn’t even know about most of it, but now we’re the ones suffering.
Still, I keep going. I try my best every single day to give my siblings a better life. I want them to feel safe, to smile, to dream big even if the world hasn’t been kind to us. I would give everything for them. I would die for them.
They’re my reason to keep fighting. We may not have a complete family, but we have each other. And that means everything.
