How to identify the ethnicities of tourists in KL GUIDE

Tourism & Travel

I went to KLCC and Avenue K and the shopping malls in KL and now I can easily identify tourists.

Russian / Ukrainian / Slavic: men normally tall, big, high top short hair, earthy colour fitted t shirt + shorts and a tactical looking cross body bag with trainers, and they also have a strong brow ridge, deep set eyes and that sunken eyes look — normally looks scary, just search up Anatoly Malykhin for an example. women is 165 - 170cm, wears hair high, brown brunette, tanned, tank top, shorts, sling bag. teen girls are emo looking, dark hair, pale skin, dark clothes, baggy jeans and the teen boys just looks like a 1:1 of their dad. Normally this is easiest to tell, men likes to sit on benches just contemplating life and the language is the easiest to tell if someone is from Russia / Ukraine.

Black French: tall, big size, often in designer jeans and a tight designer t-shirt (Balenciaga, Amiri), always with a sling bag across the chest. Usually clean fade or tight dreads, walks with confidence. Often speaks loudly either on speaker or with a single earbud in. Wears Jordans or luxury sneakers, sometimes a thin chain or flashy watch.

Parisian / White French: White French: tall and slim, prefers long sleeve linen shirts (rolled up), paired with shorts and low sneakers or loafers or leather sandals. Hair is usually medium length, curtains, messy fringe. Calm voice, usually with a girlfriend that's wearing a tank top with a matching linen outside shirt.

Arab French: short to medium height, 170 - 178cm. Curly hair, sharp goatee, loves designer logos, tight designer t-shirt, or football jersey, ripped jean shorts, bold sneakers, and a LV, Gucci sling bag. Talks fast and loud in French or Arabic, often in a group or pairs.

Spanish / Mediterranean: : usually wearing functional travel or trekking gear even in air-conditioned malls. Men have dark features, well-groomed black or brown hair, wear long sleeve breathable trekking shirts or fitted linen, sporty shorts, and sneakers. Girls wear sunglasses even indoors, tank tops, light trek shirts, shorts, and sometimes hiking-style shoes. Always carrying a decathlon backpack, water bottle or tote. Darker skin, speaks fast, but not loudly.

British: more lowkey. The older men are shorter (avg 172 - 180), wear plain t-shirts or polos, chill shorts, and old trainers or Converse. Walks with hands in pockets, sometimes sunburnt. Accent gives it away instantly. Girls wear basic crop tops, gym leggings or shorts, white trainers, minimal makeup. The other phenotype is young, french crop, taller, designer clothes, speaks loudly, wears chains, basically they just came from Thailand or Bali.

China: This one most easy, very loud, girls wears hats, these thick thick glasses frames and men wears the latest designer outfits and doesn't look super stylish but you can tell.

India Indian: Lighter skin than Malaysian Indians, men are quite tall and big size or short and big size, likes to wear long sleeve, slim jeans, shoes and women likes to wear flowy skirts and they wear jewelry too. You can tell the difference by the language they speak too and they also speak in English with a different accent than Malaysian Indian accent. Families with kids are often polite and would ask you to take pictures of them and ask questions and the Indian accent you can easily differentiate.

Feel free to add any others
