Please allow me to mulligan even if once!

basically the title . i have a bad PC so it seems i load into the match way later than my opponent so i end up HAVING to play with no mulligan at all . like couldnt the game just load both players in the same time somehow? my opponent loads and mulligans his heart out i load up get my 7/8+ costs in hand and cannot mulligan because i load when the mulligan timer is a split second. thats a bit too much imo . this makes haven and abyss craft for me have a permanent negative winrate and a torture play rate because even if i build the decks to go against the meta im unable to even utilize the cards i added . this feels so frustrating
