Male equivalent to Enid

I'm writing a story and I had been thinking of the male character as being called Enid, but I know it's a woman's name. I wouldn't really care but I don't want it to interrupt the flow for the reader or make the character's gender confusing (comic so there will be little to no third-person pronouns for this character). Enid doesn't have a corresponding male name. Are there any masculine names that have a similar vibe or "match" Enid?
