Newborn eating constantly

2 week old during the day will breastfeed for a good 25 min or so, and then sleep for 3 hours. More if I let her. But at night she literally will wake up every 30 min, breastfeed for 5 min and then pass out. But then wakes up again in another 30 min. I don't even think she's really hungry, she just is using it to soothe. I know she's only a couple weeks old so hopefully it will just get better as she gets older. But any tips to help with the night time feeds so I can get a little more sleep?
