HELP! Visa Approved, Replaced Phone, Now My Visa Is Gone?!

Tonight is June 22 and I depart June 27.

I applied for, paid for, and was approved for my tourist visa last month. Since then I replaced my phone. When I re-downloaded the Australian ETA app on my new phone the app asked me to create a passcode. I presumed using my old passcode would log me in, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I have sent multiple queries through the Contact Us portion of the Australian ETA app, but only received generic responses directing me to click the Applications and/or Check visa tabs.

Is there a web portal I can use to retrieve my original visa? Do I need to apply for and pay for a new visa (if so, wouldn’t that look suspicious that one person has two visas? I’ve never traveled internationally)?
