Parent took out loans in my name. Help

I (21M) was contacted by a loan provider I've never heard of that a $32,000 loan was taken out in my name by my parents. When I asked my parents about it they said that they'd pay it off but that they just needed the money right now. What am I supposed to do? I'm about to graduate from college, but I don't have that kind of money. Also, I live in their house during the Summer, so if things go wrong I have no where to go.
