WIBTAH if I went no contact with my parents after my dad encourage a coworker of mine to sexually assault me

I mean it's basically the title of the post. The other day at work a coworker of mine (F32) snuck up behind me and smacked my butt... hard. Then was informed my father told him to do it.

I left work early obviously shaken and disturbed amd called my husband who then call my dad to confront him. When he told him what happened he laughed!

Im at a loss, I love my parents and there's years of just my parents trying to minimize my boundaries. But that's a whole other post.
