Best keyboards?

Hey guys,

I recently just got into keyboard building, particularly interested in hall effect keyboards. I was wondering which brands are the best? so I far I only know the usual suspects

Wooting
Keychron
Nuphy
Epomaker
DrunkDeer

But I also am starting to notice other brands like

Melgeek
Yunzii
Drop (owned by corsair)

What keyboards do you think are the best and why? it's fun to mod them but there's so many that it's really hard to choose
