Any recos for Domestic Travel during August?

Hello! Hoping to travel sana during end of august for my birthday. Gusto ko sana magtravel domestic kaso worry ko yung maulan.

I like either beach trip, mountain trip or kahit city trip basta good value for money.

Wag sana lagpas PHP 15k for 3D2N or 4D3N. Any recommendations?

I'm eyeing Jomalig Island in Quezon, Camiguin (altho not sure kung kaya ng budget), Sagada, or Batad but open to other provinces as well of course :)
