Question for those whose have tried letrozole

I’m 28 years old and have had two successful pregnancies. We are hoping to try for our third in the near future. I’ve been lucky with my pregnancies but I have Hashimoto and hypothyroidism. It’s controlled with medication but I still have extremely inconsistent cycles and don’t ovulate often. My cycles are anywhere from 45-65 days. My OB prescribed letrozole to try to assist with me ovulating. My question is, how many people have used letrozole and ended up with a singleton pregnancy or a multiple pregnancy? The information I’ve read on the statistics of multiples has varied greatly and I’m a bit nervous to take it now. I would love twins but I would be an anxious reck the entire pregnancy thinking about the potential complications since twins are a high risk pregnancy.
