Attic insulation question

With the heat wave this week, I’m wondering if there is anything I can do to help insulate more? We have 2 attic spaces. One on the second floor and the roof one. The one on the second floor is accessible through a bedroom closet so it is against the wall of a bedroom and loft. The sun sets on the back part of the house where this attic is so it gets pretty hot. Just trying to see if there it more that can be done
