Help with gtube needed

My daughter is having an issue with her gtube. We think the balloon popped and she is having discomfort, pain and leakage. I went to remove it to put in a new tube and the issue is I can’t get it out. Feels like the balloon is still inflated and I can’t remove it. When I try to take water out of the balloon none comes out so we put 5 mls in to then try and remove and still no water comes out it does look like some stomach contents is being removed but just trace amounts. I took her to the children’s emerg and they did an X-ray with contrast and they said the placement is fine and sent us home with no answers. I cannot get the tube out to change it and I don’t know what to do. I’m so angry at emerg and will be calling a gi doctor tomorrow but in the mean time she is in pain and the stoma is so irritated and red. Is there a trick or something I am missing or do we have to wait to speak to a surgeon (could take months)
