Dress code changed for wedding in 5 days

Help! The guest attire changed for an outdoor wedding taking place at a quaint inn near an area with lots of vineyards. The attire went from "cocktail/semi-formal" to "cocktail/garden party". I was originally going to wear this solid blue/grey off the shoulder dress option that I hemmed to hit a few inches above my ankles (in heels), but now I worry that it is too formal. I have this other option, which is a blue and white floral dress that is longer, and hits my ankles.

Does the blue and white floral dress have too much white?

Should I hem the blue/grey off the shoulder moment even higher?

Do I stick with the plan and wear the blue/grey dress as is?
