Google is fucking over our reviews

Our store has gotten tons of 5 star reviews in the last few months and we're still stuck at 3.7/5 because of reviews from years ago, before the current manager took over. We've got bad reviews from two companies ago. And we can't delete them, and then our regional bitches at us for having a mid review score.
