Where to get a good spinning pen for beginner

Hi guys, Im relatively new to pen spinning and wondering where to get affordable good spinning pens that are suitable for beginner to intermediate level? Im located in Singapore and currently have only been able to find shopee or taobao ones which turn out to be quite bad...any recommendations for sites that sell and can ship to SG? Thanks in advance!
