just wondering if i had a virus

so i already reinstalled windows. but im still curious if you think a virus was occuring on the pc

so i was playing a game and it randomly crashed, no biggie, but then i look on google chrome and all my tabs are just gone when it normally keeps them alive no matter what

so thats weird.

i try to run avg. says nothing is happening. however i wanted to run a better scan so i considered buying avg, but when i tried to buy it came to an error.

so i was like no big deal. ill try another anti virus, downloaded another one and it stops at 5%. then closes

so now i am confused. I go into safe mode and try to install the anti virus, same thing happens.

i open windows defender i think? in safe mode. nothing shows up. its a blank screen.

basically what ends up happening is i ask chat gpt what to do, it tells me to run some kind of command or whatever. but basically the command ended in an error.

so based on all the weird stuff i saw i just wiped the whole thing.

anyway. you think something was up or not? based on all this info.
