Is the Dragon Ball Official Colored on Mangadex a good translation?

I noticed that Kuririn and Karin are given their English anime dub names of Krillin and Korin, so I'm worried about any major inaccuracies in translation? Part of the reason I want to read the manga is to see how it compares to the dub of the anime that people often complain as being inaccurate to Toriyama's writing.
