Arctic freezer 36 for ~$28 or Thermalright Phantom spirit 120 SE for ~$50?

Want to pair a new cooler with my new 5700x3d, and my old $10 AMD wraith stealth isn't quite good enough. I am a bit budget oriented, and I was super close to getting the Arctic freezer 36, but then I looked at some more benchmarks and the phantom spirit seems to perform great, even considering it's higher price, and also better than the peerless assassin. So I feel a bit torn right now. Which should I go for?
