First image:
We see Yuji and Todo chasing Sukuna. Todo’s already starting to reach the point while Yuji is behind him. Be for real, why would either of them hold back their speed when they’re literally fighting the strongest sorcerer in history? Are they stupid?

Second image:
Todo, Yuji, and Yuta dash out of the smoke at the same exact time. This is self explanatory. Again, why would they hold back their speed? Sukuna is about to dip like a sewer rat if they’re not moving at top speed.

Third image:
Yuji and Todo are literally side-by-side, running together, while Yujo is taking a nap. That alone proves they’re at least relative in speed. If one was notably slower, they’d be trailing, not keeping pace. There’s zero narrative reason for them to match speeds unless they actually can. They’re not running at the same speed for visuals, it's because Yuji is indeed relative to Todo in speed.

And then the slam dunk… Todo leaps from a damn building and appears right in front of Sukuna to save Hana’s useless ass. Meanwhile, where’s Yuji? Oh, he's climbing through debris like a fucking toddler, Todo completely outpaced Yuji. Sukuna punched a hole through the floor and Yuji’s still down there crawling like a snail. He pulls up late, after Sukuna punched the shit out of Todo. Todo's already done with his work, Yuji's still looking for the elevator lol

Let’s not sugarcoat it, Todo massively outscales Yuji in speed. It's not debatable. At best, Yuji’s keeping up. At worst? He’s a blitz tier below Todo

So is this a Yuji downgrade or a Todo upscale? Your call

Todo is relative to Yuji in speed or maybe even faster
