PAL Forbidden Rite DPS Issue

Hi I just created Palsteron's Forbidden Rite build and feel like I'm missing something - my build isn't even doing 1M dps despite getting most of the gear online. Would appreciate any help: https://pobb.in/r7G93W_5g29Y
