TMS ordering?

I was just wondering if anyone else’s store does this and if it’s normal to have regular TMS ordering for the store regularly even on the days the order writer is here, it’s super frustrating cause our store is constantly packed with overstock and it hardly gets worked so we have crap jammed into the sky shelves and taking up all of our damn uboats cause there’s no room in the bays lol (this isn’t just because of UNFI being down and the weird orders they’d send of multiples of things this has been a problem for around a year now) It’s also upsetting because instead of opening an order writer position for anyone to try and move up into they just have 18/19 year olds doing it for minimum wage as a grocery TM
