[BO]Why do you think blackout failed and warzone succeeded?

I am curious on why blackout a battle royale mode for bo4 failed and warzone succeeded.

both are battle royale games, blackout was released at the time where this genre was very popular but still failed.

warzon on the other hand was released after the hype for this genre was at its peak but succeeded in sense that it has a big playerbase.
