Looking for advice with a blender render farm

I very new to this but I’m a stay at home dad looking to bring some money to the table as well I have a couple computers laying around and I’ve always wanted to use them to make money and I heard about 3d render farms so I decided to put my 2 machines to work, I got a 2070 super and a 3070 running so 2 nodes on flamenco everything seems like its all ready to go but I wanted to know what skills some experienced people would recommend having when selling a service like this. Because ideally I would like to just accept the blender files render them and send back the output but with my current research I’ve gotten unclear answers in what seems to be in a unheard of venture not a lot of videos from what I was seeing so I guess what skills do I need, and also any recommendations on where to go to sell this service would be greatly appreciated.
