How do you deal with an undiagnosed obviously autistic mom?

First and foremost I am diagnosed but have not shared that with my family. Point is we all know that autism is hereditary and I’m pretty sure it came from my mom. Anyways she struggles immensely with social cues and can be extremely temperamental. She’s also very honest most times which does not help her case and has caused a rift among the family. She has expressed to me multiple times that she feels like she’s different from other people which makes her feel lonely and isolated from the family. Anyone have an idea how I can help without making things worse? I’m so sick of seeing everyone be mean to her.
