[Routine Help] Help with mixing treatments

Hi y’all! I’ve been into skincare for a fair bit, but lately due to a facial psoriasis flareup, I’ve had to really cut back on what I can do. I’d like to at least maintain my retinol, but the medication I’m prescribed is a topical steroid (desonide 0.05%) and a topical biologic called Zoryve. I usually just mix a dab of the two together before bed and apply onto my face, so I was wondering-

Does anybody know of any interactions between retinol and topical steroids?

And my second question, how long does retinol take to absorb into the skin? If I was to apply my retinol, wait an hour, rinse it off, and then apply my med combo, would I still be seeing the effects of the retinol, or would it just do nothing?
