Trying to reconnect with someone I met on Tinder in Rockville/Gaithersburg — hoping for a second chance

Hi, I know this is unconventional, but I met someone on Tinder who really impacted me. He said he was 22, worked a blue collar job, went to trade school, had an arm tattoo. We met at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rockville/Gaithersburg and lost touch suddenly.
