Possible to get new SUB for recent CSR application?

I just got the CSR last week thinking 60,000 points at 1.5x used on portal plus the $245 lower annual fee would be a better deal. Now I think the 100,000 points + $500 portal credit and a week to use the first dining and stubhub credits (which I would) is a waaay better offer. I wonder if I call and have them charge me the $795, if they’d give me all the new SUB and benefits right away. I think the $550 wouldn’t be charged until July 1 anyway.
