Display upgrade advice

I currently have an M1 Macbook Pro 16" running 2X Dell 2713HM displays at 2560x1440 and would like to upgrade to something 'crisper' for text (no requirement for gaming). Any thoughts on Samsung Viewfinity S7 or will the difference be minimal?
