I AM NEW

I am new and idk the team i should use. I literally just use cookies with high rarity but saw some people use epic paired with some high rarity cookies. I am so confused like is there any specific cookies that when put in one team can acquire some buff. I am gnshin and wwa player (idk if thats allowed to be mention here) so im confuse how build works😭
