[TOMT] Movie with the line “he hated me cause I bought a Geo”

I cannot remember anything about this movie other than it is about a divorced dad with teenaged kid(s). I believe it was a comedy in the 90s or 2000s. It has possibly one of the best exposition lines which was something along the lines of "my son didn't hate me for the divorce, he hated me cause I bought a Geo Trackwr".
