Cant run t-16.5 on my ehos deadeye

My last league was 3.23 and I came back because I got the itch again. I just crafted by bow and quiver to farm 8 mod t16.5 beyond/deli maps but I'm either missing something big or I just don't deal enough damage. Im not really sure where to go from here.
