Emergency visa slot for convocation

I'm and Indian and am trying to get my parents (both Indian citizens) an emergency visa slot (B1/B2) so that they can attend my convocation. My school has issued a letter so that I can request for an earlier slot but I don't see an option to make such a request on the portal. Has anyone done this before? Where can I do it?
