Bike trades question

I have a electric dirt bike and put it on marketplace for trades and I got a few offers for a kz125 pro with few thousand miles except it has no title, I’m trying to have something to ride on the road for fun thats faster and I wanna build a stunt bike but how much of an issue is there being no title cause I can’t really risk losing my current bike then being stuck with one that I can’t do anything with
