Hahahahaha DV used to be funny TikTok story time for Bri!!
Apparently punched-in walls, drunken fights, extremely passive aggressive behavior, and toxic, DV adjacent relationship cycles are nothing new to chickenfry. Even worse, she found this dynamic comical and nonchalantly brushed it off as a funny tiktok story time - just a means to an end for her morning Starbucks.
It could be argued that this is a person for whom we should hold compassion because she obviously never grew up with an example of a healthy relationship. And that trauma has caused her to normalize and repeat these toxic relationship patterns.
HOWEVER, per chickensmouth, Zac Bryan’s abusive behavior was no more extreme than this boyfriend’s, who she’s laughing about on her tiktok.
So what’s the difference? Did she have an inflated ego / sense of self-importance from her internet followers back then that made her feel like she could bully a boyfriend and trust she’d be validated by her platform? Was that guaranteed validation stripped away because Zac Bryan had a bigger platform and a far bigger audience? So she had to cry DV??
Sorry I tried my hardest to google how to embed a video, but links are all I got:
