Perineal Abscess Removed, Now I have some worries

I just got a perineal abscess removed (again). About 6 days ago I realized this is what I had, I went to the ED & they drained it, & they scheduled me to meet a more specialized doctor in two days. After I met with the specialized doctor, he said that the first time it was drained they did not do a good job & they’ll need to drain it again. So they did. Now, after 3 days, I’ve developed a huge hemorrhoid in between the incision & my butthole. The hemorrhoid is painful, & I’m noticing yellow puss discharge from where (I think) the incision is. I’m very scared. Is the yellow puss discharge bad? Should I be as worried as I am? This is my first time going through anything like this & I feel very hopeless. Thank you guys.
