AIO for allowing a close family friend to move in for a few weeks but now I want him gone?

I allowed a family friend and his 13 yr old son to move in after an inconvenience with their place. (Unsure exactly what the problem was). I was asked (around the 1st week of April) could they come for a little while? I specifically asked "what's a little while"? The dad said "just till the start of summer, when he goes to his mom's for her share of custody". The problem is, Dad doesn't contribute to anything besides the food they eat. They're using all essentials which is to be expected but he isn't replacing anything. He's even used my bathtub to wash a few puppies from his pet store business. Yes, he owns a pet store! We never discussed payment of any kind but that's because I thought he could get on his feet quicker but it feels like he's not going to be leaving any time soon. AIO for wanting them out now! Expecting that he should be getting on his feet?
