Looking to invest in Lucknow – Need suggestions on areas for plot/home/commercial property (No flats)

Hi everyone, I’m currently based in Bangalore but originally from near Raebareli, so I’m familiar with the Lucknow region and it would be easier for me to keep an eye on the property.

I’m planning to invest in Lucknow — preferably in a plot, independent house, or commercial property (not looking for flats). The idea is to eventually move back once I get a good remote/WFH opportunity.

Would appreciate suggestions on: • Which areas are good for long-term growth and still fairly priced? • Any RERA or LDA-approved layouts worth considering? • Is commercial property a good idea in areas • Any areas to avoid?

Budget is around ₹40 lakhs for plot can stretch for home/commercial by taking a loan but I’m open to ideas based on location and potential.
