Is there a way to hack the Canon A95 PowerShot to film for more then 30 seconds in 480p?

I am getting into film, and I recently found an old picture camera that can make video stuffed in a drawer (the a95). It can film up to 480p, but when it is it can only film for 30 seconds. Lower resolutions can film for 3 minutes. Is there any way to get rid of this limit or at least make the 480p limit 3 minutes? I have a 64gb CF card in there so size is NOT the issue. Is there some kind of firmware hack?
