What does being spiritual but not religious mean to you?

In my opinion there's several ways you can actually define this. For me it just means that I believe in a higher power, a creator, a God, but I don't consider myself affiliated with any specific religion or religious denominations.

I personally do believe in a lot of what the Bible does teach. I just think things got mixed up, rearranged, and changed throughout time, and lost in translation. It is the most revised and translated book ever written, and when that happens things get all jumbled up and disoriented. Things get misinterpreted and misunderstood. So I think the difference between what the original words of the Bible were and what they are now is probably completely different.

The actual definition of spiritual is - Spirituality involves the recognition of a feeling or sense or belief that there is something greater than ourselves, something more to being human than just our sensory experience, what we can see or hear.That there is something greater which we are part of and it is cosmic or divine in nature.
