How do I prevent knees from taking the impact during movements meant for core and glutes?

I just started working out and started with a low impact beach body beginners super block workout. There are some squats and lunges in there and I notice that my squat has a lot of forward lean without enough hip mobility, and during lunges I don't feel it in my glutes at all. A little bit hamstrings and the quad thats lunged forward, but I realize some impact in my knees as well. After my workout my quads and hamstrings are numb and my knees feel wobbly. I do have anterior pelvic tilt so some of my forward lean comes from there. I also notice while walking there's kind of a "kick out" from my knees that's involuntary. Can you please offer some tips for correction?
