Seeking translator for a book

TL;DR - I found the only typed copy of a romance book my dad wrote in 1992 and it’s all in French. He died when I was 6. I would like to hire someone to translate the book to English.

I was going through some of dad’s belongings while visiting my mom this weekend and found a book that my dad wrote, but never published. He passed away when I was 6 and the 20-year anniversary of his death just passed a few weeks ago. I’m in the process of scanning it all this week so I can type it up into an editable document. I would love to be able to give my mom and brother an English copy for Christmas this year (if possible). Unfortunately, I’m not fluent enough in French (nor do I have time as a masters student) to do this myself. It’s 408 pages long.

Is anyone interested in helping me with this? Or does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this done?

I can provide compensation to a degree, but I don’t have a lot of money (college is expensive). If that’s an issue, I hope we can do it in segments that I can afford.
