I can't cry

I'm (31f) going through some stuff and also like fully confronting and dealing with my trauma for the first time. And I am having a lot of heavy and important feelings and I can tell normally I'd be crying but I can't. I've even like really tried to lean in to it and if I'm lucky I get a single tear from each eye.

I just really need the catharsis of a good sob session and I can't and it's ruining me.
