How to remove cum stain on polyester blanket

Just noticed but bf left stains in my polyester blanket. any tips on easy removal. Should I use peroxide then wash? I cant throw the blanket in the wash already its fully new my mom would know lol. I have no brothers so had no idea it could be difficult.
