1971 honda scrambler 175

My grandpa recently passed and had a 1971 Honda scrambler 175. Had it running/operating perfectly 2 years ago and then wasn’t local and gramps health deteriorated. He never did anything with it, but never looked to sell it for some reason. I was curious if anyone would be able to help me get a fair estimate for asking price. I know it has a lot to do with condition, fortunately is great shape cosmetically and mechanically. Probably needs a new battery, carb cleaning, oil change, and air in the tires.
