Red CPU debug light stays on while PC runs

I recently lost power while my PC was on. After getting power and turning it back on, the CPU light on my gigabyte X870 WiFi6 gaming motherboard continues to stay on while the PC runs. I have tried reseting CMOS, checking the CPU if it was burnt, repasting the CPU to the cooler, and the problem still remains. I also had updated the bios and enabled and disabled XMP, but no fix. Does anyone have any recommendations to fix this issue?
