That is out of my comfort zone

I read contemporary novels, autobiographies, and nonfiction works that are usually about art, politics, or history. Some books I have liked lately are Breast and Eggs by Mieko Kawakami, Martyr! by Kaveh Akbar, Another Country by James Baldwin, One Number is Worth One Word by Luis Camnitzer, A Short Life of Trouble by Marcia Tucker, and Tacitus' The Histories. It would be cool to read a book that relates somewhat to my interests but is in a new style or genre! Thanks in advance or any suggestions.
