How to confess to her?

So basically, yesterday I talked around 2 hours with the girl I like. During the conversation, she said something along the lines of, “I’ve given enough hints” — which I honestly can’t recognize — and that she won’t propose because she’s a girl and has some trauma regarding proposing.

She mentioned that she’s only ever gotten proposals online, so I think she’s waiting for me to take the step. But you know, it’s my first time doing this. I really wanted to propose in person, after spending a fun day together with a bouquet and all that romantic stuff.

The problem is, we can’t meet for another month. I feel like she’s kind of waiting for a reply and might be a little hurried. So now I’m stuck between waiting to do it properly in person, or just doing it online — because what if the ship sails by then?

If I do decide to propose online, how should I go about it? I was thinking of making a website to propose to her. Please help.
