Is this an allergy?

I never likes curry, but I tried from this place and freaking loved it. I'm trying to eat it but it makes my tongue burn and itch so badly. Some got on my finger and even that itches a little. I know I'm probably allergic, but its not the worst? Should I not eat the curry or just ignore this
