In a hypethical scenario where O rent a flat to someone, and the building crumbles because of builder error/ earthquake or missile etc., and the tenant dies- Do I have any legal obligations to the tenant's family?
I think I might get covered due to insurance but not the tenant family if they didn't buy something of their own
